Spin zone is awesome for service and selection! Mike actually opened 45 minutes early when he saw me walk up with a flat tire on my bike. He fixed it quickly and I was back on the road and no time. Excellent customer service!!
Professional service as always. Took my mountain bike in to have the rear triangle looked at, as I had damaged it. Spin Zone sourced the replacement part I needed and even suggested adding a new derailleur as mine was worn out. Bike is practically brand new now, minus a couple zip ties that were missing on a the shift cable run, which I just added when I noticed it at home. No sweat. Highly recommend Spin Zone.
The employees were awesome. The outfitted me with new cycling shoes, shorts and a helmet. I was excited to get back on my road bike after a very long time. The also said to come back after a couple of rides and they can help me adjust my old bike if my body changed after kids. Thanks guys it was great working with you. We hit a pothole and blew a tire and bent the rim on our Bunch Bike. The Spin Zone team replaced the tire, tube and straightened out the rim while we waited. Excellent service and staff. Its great to know that we have a local bike shop that will work on Bunch Bikes! I highly recommend Spin Zone for all your cycling needs.
