Spin Zone Cycling has thorough training on fixing many brands of E-bikes. That knowledge has been expanded through multiple seasons of experience fixing any brand of bicycle or E-bike that comes through our door. We take pride in being a good shop that you can rely on, especially when you need someone to communicate with the manufacturer to track down a part for repair, or even help with a warranty issue.

When it comes to sales, there are hundreds of brands sold in the U.S. that we can keep in stock. We have helped customers order dozens of different brands, and we can help you too. There are, however, three brands that we like more than others.

Lectric is one of the top-selling brands in the U.S. and has a great reputation at very affordable pricing.

We strive to keep multiple models of Velotric bikes in for a few reasons. First, they have one of the best warranties in the E-bike market. Secondly, they use quality components like LG and Samsung battery cells, Shimano components, and Tektro brakes, and are constantly looking for the next great component for their new models. The third reason is the in-house designed electronics. There are just a few electric motor brands that are the majority of E-bikes. But Velotric uses its own Velopower electronic control system and Velopower motors. These motors are designed in-house and then manufactured to the desired specifications of the Velotric team. Fourth, they send their bike designs through some of the most distinctive safety tests and pursue UL certifications on both the battery and the Velopower system. Velotric e-bikes are both UL 2271 Recognized and UL 2849 Certified, ensuring the highest level of regulatory compliance in the industry. Lastly, we have been able to establish a one-on-one relationship with a sales rep who visits our shop regularly. This means Spin Zone Cycling and our customers receive top-of-the-industry customer service.

Blaupunkt bikes are in our store for demoing because their bikes are fun and sporty, and some of the lightest E-bikes are on the market. The magnesium frame folds smaller than most other folding E-bikes on the market, and can even fit a small storage duffel bag that is included with the purchase. These German-designed bikes have a 2-year warranty that covers the entire bike and makes them a great buy for anyone looking for lots of fun in a compact package.
